Vampires like me know the uses of this on a more regular basis so i have to say it can be deadly for those who do not take proper precautions or give it as a sacrifice to an evil entity for payment. I cannot emphasize the reprocuttions of doing something like that enough because destroying the demon is not a quick fix most of the time.
